1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship across PAN India.

  • International Shipping: Available as per client requirements. Please contact us for specific country delivery inquiries.

2. Shipping Providers

We work with multiple reputed courier and logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, and others—chosen based on location, urgency, and shipping feasibility.

3. Order Processing Time

  • For Orders Below 50 Units (No Customization): Dispatched within 7 business days.

  • Bulk or Customized Orders (Above 50 Units): Processing time ranges from 15 to 20 business days, depending on order complexity.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Deliveries: Typically within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Deliveries: Varies depending on destination and customs clearance – generally between 10 to 21 business days.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Shipping Rate: Applied based on location and weight.

  • Free Shipping: May be available on select high-value orders or during special promotions.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Available for non-customized or urgent pre-approved orders

    • Turnaround: 2–4 business days

    • Additional Charges: Will be communicated before order confirmation

    • For customized products, expedited shipping begins post-production

6. Tracking Information

All shipped orders come with tracking.

  • Tracking Details: Sent via email upon dispatch.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We offer PAN India delivery without known restrictions.

  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Certain product categories (e.g., hazardous or restricted goods) may have area-based limitations.

8. Delays & Exceptions

Unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or customs inspections may occur.

  • In such cases, we will promptly inform customers via email or phone and provide updates.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

We offer refunds or replacements for verified loss or damage during transit.

  • Damaged on Arrival:

    • Report within 48 hours

    • Email support@corporatedeals.co.in with photos of the packaging/product

    • After verification, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement

  • Lost in Transit:

    • If confirmed by courier, a refund or replacement will be offered

❌ Exclusions:

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received (we assist in escalating with the courier)

  • Damage from improper post-delivery handling

  • Delays due to public holidays or natural events

10. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address/Unavailable Recipient:

    • Order returned to origin (RTO)

    • Can be reshipped after address confirmation

    • Customer bears re-shipping cost

  • Courier or Our Error:

    • We’ll reship at no extra cost or issue a full refund

  • Customer Refuses Delivery:

    • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed after deducting shipping & handling

    • Bulk/custom orders may not be eligible for refund unless pre-agreed
